It’s not power crystals, rubbing lavender on your armpits, or sound baths (no hate! I actually enjoy those things too 😊)
Reprogramming your mind looks like this:
- Identify the fear.
- Identify the habits behind that fear.
- Replace that habit with a new habit.
- This new habit becomes your new safe (without burnout!)
Simple right?
Yes and No.
It doesn't take a long time.
But it takes the right approach.
